Climate Change and Human Rights in Vietnam

Professor Sofia Gruskin, along with Dr. Heikkila and Mylinh Ngo from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, traveled to Vietnam to meet with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, USAID and the World Bank to discuss potential collaboration in the area of climate change. While there, Professor Gruskin gave a talk to the World Bank on what a rights based approach to climate change could look like and discussed potential areas for collaboration moving forward.
