Reproductive rights leaders share “Why We Care” in storytelling campaign

Professor Sofia Gruskin was selected to be a New Champion Leader for the United Nations Foundation’s “Why We Care” campaign which pulls together a diverse group of leaders to share their words and champion for global reproductive rights. The collection of stories is intended to influence and offer support to philanthropists, media professionals, policymakers and service providers from around the world. The personal stories illustrate the importance of reproductive rights and voluntary family planning as an essential tool for helping women to improve their health and living conditions. As a Champion Leader, Professor Gruskin will be involved in supporting UN Foundation efforts in relation to reproductive rights in a variety of ways over the next year. See her story »
