Posted on

Please join us in greeting Sandra Najuna as the newest USC Institute for Global Health coordinator in Uganda. In addition, we share our congratulations for our previous coordinator, Rukia Kalanzi, who, after more than three years of consultancy with IGH, is now pursuing her graduate degree at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Malaysia.

Sandra, a recent graduate of the USC Masters of Public Health program, is a statistician and public health professional with a keen interest in global health. She has worked with several organizations in Uganda and the United States in areas including sexual reproductive health, HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, behavior change communication, monitoring and evaluation, database management, health administration, case management and many more. Sandra recently concluded an internship in Geneva, Switzerland, with the World Health Organization in collaboration with IGH.  She says her new position combines three of her greatest passions; Uganda, global health and USC.
