In the World Health Organization’s “Sexual Health, Human Rights and the Law” meeting this December Professor Sofia Gruskin presented her reflections on the gaps and opportunities in international and regional standards related to sexual health and human rights.
The meeting represents the next step in dissemination of the WHO report “Sexual Health, Human Rights and the Law.” The report draws from a review of public health evidence and extensive research into human rights law at international, regional and national levels, and shows how states in different parts of the world can and do support sexual health and rights.
