The Southern California Division and Southern California Regional Council of Organizations will host the 10th Annual West Coast Global Forum Sept. 25 to present the 2017 Global Citizen Awards. The award recognizes individuals and organizations committed to making a difference in the health, human rights and quality of life of all people locally and globally. Recipients include
