Planetary Health the Next Frontier, the 12th Association of Pacific Rim Universities Global Health Program Conference, co-organized by APRU and University of Malaya in October, welcomed 306 participants from more than 70 institutions and 20 Asia-Pacific economies.
Panel discussions focused on global health in relation to the 4th Industrial Revolution, as well as human rights, climate change and mental disorders.
At the conference, students from the University of Southern California accepted the first-place award for winning the the 3rd annual Virtual Global Health Case Competition 2018.
