Kristin Zacharias, MPH
Kristin Zacharias is the research associate for the USC Institute for Global Health where she manages institute research priorities. She works closely with investigators to develop, implement and evaluate global research and training initiatives and has conducted work in eastern Africa in regards to the health effects of indoor and outdoor air pollution exposure and climate change.
Zacharias received her Master of Public Health degree, with an emphasis on global health leadership, from USC and a bachelor’s degree in environment, economics and politics from Claremont McKenna College. She is interested in environmental health and climate change. Prior to joining the Institute, Zacharias was a project manager for the Southern California Environmental Health Sciences Center at USC.
