William Jardell is a program specialist for the USC Institute on Inequalities in Global Health (IIGH). In this role, he manages educational programs and other student opportunities offered through IIGH. Additionally, he offers support to IIGH research priorities, including work on projects with WHO and other external partners.
Jardell received his Master of Public Health degree, with an emphasis in global health, from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University. His interests include the impacts of climate change on health and environmental sustainability. Prior to joining IIGH, William worked with Global Environmental Health Lab on research around climate change and its impacts on health in Central Myanmar.
