After successfully completing the midterm review of the UNDP Regional Service Centre Africa project that aimed to strengthen regional and national legislative environments to reduce the HIV-related vulnerability of LGBT people and women and girls, the Program on Global Health & Human Rights at the USC Institute on Inequalities in Global Health was again selected by the United Nations Development Programme to conduct the endline review. The scope of the project has evolved substantially in the last two years: the overarching aim of the work of the last two years has been to strengthen regional and national legislative environments for HIV and the sexual and reproductive health and rights of LGBT people and women and girls.
