For six years, the USC Institute for Global Health organized Global Health Awareness Week, a weeklong series of global health events that introduced students, professionals and the academic community across all sectors to new opportunities and insights into the field of global public health. A multidisciplinary group of students organized each week, which culminated in a community health event, World Health Day LA.
