Integrating Human Rights in Vietnam’s Population Law

Integrating Human Rights in Vietnam Population Law

Through a longstanding relationship with key actors in Vietnam, the Program on Global Health & Human Rights at the USC Institute for Global Health is working to ensure the population law addresses key human rights issues in accordance with ratified international treaties and the national legal system.

Funded and coordinated by the United Nations Population Fund, the project includes reviewing successive drafts of the law, drafting a policy paper and participating in in-country discussions as relevant.
